Since the foundation in 1996, DWA has supplied and installed incinerator plants and incinerator equipment in Russia, Iraq and Iran. a. Incinerator Plants for Hazardous Waste

The plant is made of input system such as drum lifter, belt & screw conveyor, crusher or shredder system, automatic feeding system, rotary kiln, post combustion chamber, hot gas inlet tube by incoloy quencher, bag filter, wet scrubber, induced draft air fan, stack, forced draft combustion air fan, NaOH chemical tank, liquid waste storage tank, water circulation tank, pumps, valves, electric and instrument system, PLC automatic control system.

✔️ Explosion proof motors with auxiliary equipment will be applied according to hazardous classification by clients
✔️ Fuel gas or diesel fuel will be applied
✔️ All flue gas meets to international emission standards
✔️ Fabrication, test and inspection procedures follow international standards
✔️ Rotary kiln is the solution for complete combustion of liquid waste, sludge and fluid water without accumulation of waste inside of furnace.
✔️ Rotation speed of rotary kiln is 1.5m/min
✔️ Inside of rotary kiln will be layered by castable refractory which is resistant to 1600 deg. C.

b. Incinerator Equipment DWA Series

DWA supplies incinerator equipment for municipal solid waste, petrochemical solid and liquid wastes, medical waste, sewer sludge and industrial wastes. Compact incinerator DWA series consists of:
✔️ 1st combustion chamber: CS. material lined by Castable refractory, C401, GR.C
✔️ 2nd combustion chamber: CS. Material lined by Castable refractory, C401, GR.C
✔️ Heat resistant temperature for castable refractories is more than 1600 deg. C.
✔️ On/Off operated burner in 1st combustion chamber
✔️ Proportional & automatic fuel control burner in 2nd combustion chamber
✔️ 1st and 2nd air blowers and air control damper on 2nd combustion chamber
✔️ Dust capturing by two cyclones scrubbing and decrease flue gas temperature by 2nd centrifugal cyclone SS304 & 310
✔️ Temperature transmitters on 1st, 2nd combustion chamber and stack
✔️ 850 to 1250 deg. C. of combustion temperature
✔️ Temperature at 1st and 2nd combustion chamber and stack will be monitored at PLC panel
✔️ Oxygen, carbon dioxide monitoring at PLC is optional by client
