uPVC valves
. Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) is one of the most widely used thermoplastic materials for pipe installations. Being odourless and tasteless is suitable for conveying potable water and many food products. uPVC has excellent chemical resistance
. The good flow characteristics are the result of the smooth bore and it has good resistance to abrasion
. It us recognized by their dark grey colour RAL 7035
Materials:
It is conforming to the EEC safety levels for vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) and the WRAS requirements for use with potable water
Chemical resistance:
It is resistant to most solutions of acids, alkalis, salts and to solvents that can be mixed with water. uPVC is not resistant to aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbon

Thermal expansion:
The thermal coefficient of linear expansion is 7.8 x 10-5 m/m°C
Temperature range:
0°C to +60°C

A. uPVC Ball Valve


Technical features:
• Floating full bore ball locked in place on both sides
• Fully round ball smoothed by special turning machine
• Machined stem seat
• Solvent welded sockets, threaded sockets, HDPE sockets or flanges

B. uPVC Butterfly Valve


Technical features:
• High flow patented disc with high flow profile. Higher flow rate and smaller pressure loss than traditional disc. The offset disc allows excellent rolling of the fluid, and then an accurate flow regulation
• uPVC body machined to guarantee a secure seal
• EPDM or FKM certified main gasket

C . uPVC Diaphragm Valve


Technical features:
• The diaphragm valve has a low maintenance membrane actuator which can be controlled by air or inert gas. Normally Closed (NC), Normally Opened (NO) and Double Acting (DA) control functions are available. All medium wetted parts and the actuator housing are made of high-grade plastic materials which can be selected to suit the application.
• The chemical resistance of the valve is subject to the type of fluid, the temperature, the pressure as well as the materials and seals of the valve
• Optimized pressure drop due to body design
• Stainless steel mounting inserts designed to support the valve. Same distance between the inserts for all DN

D. Check Valve


Technical features:

ABS Valves
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is highly rated as a thermoplastic pipework system and is used in many applications such as food and beverage processing as well as water and sewerage treatment and many other industries.
ABS has good chemical resistance with high impact strength and low moisture absorption ABS is non-toxic and conforms to the toxicological requirements of the British Plastic Federations, British Industrial Biological Research Associations Code of Practice for food usage 45/5.
It also fulfill the EEC requirements for plastic materials in contact with foodstuffs
ABS systems are lightweight, rigid and easy to install using a solvent cement
. It is recognized by their light grey colour RAL 7046
Chemical resistance:
It has good resistance to most diluted inorganic acids, salts, animal fats and oils and organic acids. It is not resistant to organic solvents, alcohol, petrol, acetic acid or vegetable oil
Thermal expansion:
The thermal coefficient of linear expansion is 10.1 x 10-5 m/m°C
Temperature range:
-40°C to +60°C

A. ABS Ball Valve


Technical Features:
• Floating full bore ball locked in place on both sides
• Fully round ball smoothed by special turning machine
• Solvent welded sockets (ISO,BS, ASTM,JIS), threaded sockets (BSP,NPT) or flanged
• PTFE ball seat

PP-H Valves
Polypropylene are widely used in industrial processing applications, offers good resistance to abrasion, good thermal properties and is suitable for working at higher temperature than uPVC and ABS

. Polypropylene material is beige-grey in colour

Polypropylene has excellent chemical resistance. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and to a number of organic solvents. It does not resist to oxidizing acid with high concentration

Thermal expansion
The thermal coefficient of linear expansion of PP-H is 15 x 10-5 m/m.°C

PP-H Industrial Butterfly Valve, Multimaterial- PROFLOW T-Series


Technical features:
The ProFlow T Series Valves can be supplied with the multi-material system consisting of a glass fibre reinforced PP-H body and disc in different materials based on the application:
• u-PVC: The good temperature range of use ensures excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance. u-PVC can be used with most aggressive liquids such as acids, bases and salts. Range of use: 0°C to 60°C
• PVDF: Material with exceptional resistance to acids, salts and hydrocarbons. With the FKM gaskets and PTFE seals, it can be used in temperature range between - 40°C to +140 °C
• CPVC: Excellent thermal stability, particularly suitable for wear and tear in the industrial field, it has excellent resistance to wear and to deterioration. Temperature range 0°C to 100°C
• PP-H: Extreme hardness, excellent chemical and corrosion resistance to many acids, bases and solvents, excellent mechanical resistance to shocks. Temperature range 0°C to 100°C
• ABS: Wide range of temperature utilization especially below zero°C; high mechacial resistance to impact, good chemical and UV resistance , low thermal conductivity, low specific weight. Temperature range : -40°C to +80°C
• Regulation plate with 19 positions between 0° to 90°
