PDS series pneumatic actuators are designed using Scotch-Yoke technology from PDS 50 to the largest of PDS 200. Scotch-Yoke technology is well-known to all users as the most suitable actuator mechanism for valve and damper operation as it produces higher torque at both end positions
Specification of PDS actuators follow international standards for faster and easier mounting of accessories like solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners and etc.

ITS series position monitoring switch boxes are primarily a rotary position indication device designed to integrate valve and NAMUR rotary pneumatic actuator with a variety of mounting options, internal switches or sensors and configurations

ITS 100 series (Weather proof)
ITS 100 series are specially designed suitable for small size pneumatic actuator and valves to reduce installation space but provides high performance by equipping a variety of switches and sensors

ITS 300 series are designed suitable for valve and actuators in hazardous area application, having compact but robust construction conforms to IEC60079-0: 2007, IEC60079-1: 2007, EN60079-0: 2006 and EN60079-1: 2007 also suitable in Zone 1 and 2 and ingress protection IP67. Standard aluminium housing provides reliable explosion proof performance

Special stainless steel housing (316L or Duplex) provide very high protection performance against extremely corrosive environment condition
Suitable for off-shore application

The IS & IC series of Heavy Duty scotch yoke actuators are designed to suit a wide ranges of valves and damper applications and offer a wide range of torques to enable operation of ball, butterfly, plug valves and dampers or any devices that requires a quarter turn operation for on-off or modulating services.

IS series has a symmetrical design yoke that produces maximum toque at both ends of the 90° cycle

IC series has a canted design yoke that produces maximum torque at either the close or open end

Both series of actuators have a complete range of options & accessories for control and monitoring, including manual handwheel (Jackscrew), Hydraulic Overrides, Declutch Gearboxes,
Limit Switches, Solenoid valves, Positioners and other control accessories
